We will carry out viewings and ensure your property is let to the most suitable tenant. We ensure landlords are protected and adhere to current legislation. Following our full tenant referencing and credit checks, Chesterton Yeates will prepare and execute the most up to date tenancy agreement which can be signed by both landlord and tenant electronically online. Each party is sent a signed completed copy. Our tenancy agreements are flexible and can be adapted to comply with whichever deposit scheme the landlord prefers. We protect the tenant deposit with the tenancy deposit scheme( TDS ). The tenant will receive a deposit certificate, prescribed information, EPC, gas safety certificate (if required) and how to rent guide.
